Morgan Ohare also offers rack zinc electroplating for parts that cannot take the rigors of being barrel electroplated. This includes parts made from 12L14 Steel and parts made from other steels that are either too heavy, too finely threaded or have dimensions that must be kept within critical tolerances. Much of our focus is in the Hydraulic Fastener range of parts. However, many other items can be rack plated as well.
All parts are completely pre-cleaned, plated and passivated (chromated) to meet your needs. Hand unpacking, racking and hand re-packaging is part of our service to insure that your parts are returned to you in the same fine condition that they were sent to us in.
